Slovenian Railways (Slovenske Zelenice SZ) has placed an order worth EUR 48 million for twelve Eurosprinter type locomotives with Siemens Mobility. Both companies signed a contract in Ljubljana involving an option for another eight locomotives. The first of the locomotives is due to be handed over in April 2009.
